FAQs
Why use apple cider vinegar in slaw instead of white or red wine vinegar?
The apple cider vinegar has a milder, sweeter tang compared to other vinegars which have more of a bite. It goes great with slaw!
Why is apple cider vinegar better than mayonnaise for coleslaw?
Apple cider vinegar has fewer ingredients than mayonnaise and is healthier for you. Mayo tends to have inflammatory oils and added sugar which you don’t need with coleslaw
