Method
- Start by shredding the cabbage and chipping the scallions into small ¼” pieces.
- Transfer the cabbage and scallions to a bowl and toss together.
- In a separate bowl combine the olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together until it is combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss everything together until it is coated.
- Cover the slaw and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving. This gives the ingredients time to blend.
