Notes

Use quality ingredients. Using your favorite brand of vodka and coffee liqueur will make a better-tasting drink. Baking fresh pumpkin will also make a difference in flavor in this fall cocktail.
Chill your glass. Put your glass in the freezer for a few minutes prior to serving to keep your drink cooler longer.
You can adjust the sweetness of your pumpkin pie white Russian by adding more coffee liqueur. If you like a sweeter drink, increase the amount.
You can use different cream options if you don’t tolerate dairy. Coconut milk or coconut cream is a good substitute for heavy cream in a drink.
Try adding crushed graham crackers to the rim with the sugar for a delicious twist.
