Easy Homemade Pest Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh Basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice around 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Method
 

  1. Begin by thoroughly rinsing the basil leaves. Allow them to dry completely.
  2. Combine Basil leaves, Parmesan, Pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor.
  3. Process on low until sauce is smooth and thick.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
