Candy Cookies

This cookie is a great way to use up leftover candy from Halloween or other holidays

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Oatmeal
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Candies
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together sugars, butter, and eggs.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and mix until it forms a soft dough.
  5. Rough chop the candies using a food processor.
  6. Add candies and vanilla to cookie dough.
  7. Drop dough on a cookie sheet, or roll in a log and freeze for later.
  8. Bake until light golden brown.
